It is indeed java. It is close source at the moment, but only because I am unsatisfied with the quality of the code. But if you'd want, then I could maybe share the source with you or upload it to the public domain under some license.

internet devices are getting cheaper and cheaper though you can buy tablets now a days for as low as 90 dollars only
