If you want to read the general plot, He's got it listen above, and as you can tell, they aren't necessarily in order. Generally It progresses pretty linear in time, but often there are flashbacks or flash forwards that confused the hell out of me at first, but just continue watching and everything comes to you. This is not a straight forward anime. To the glancing eye, you may think, "oh, woman with dagger + supernatural abilities + murder" but its so much more than that.

Character development is the key. First off, were led into the busy lives of the main characters, without any prior knowledge of what they are, what they can do or why they do it. It eventually goes back and shows you the early stages of how the characters got involved with each other in the next movie, but from that point on, it revolves around the main two characters plus the occasional secondary as in the case of the 5th installment.

The music is pretty bland and/or nonexistent. It does show up during the fight scenes which helps it out a lot, but other than that there really isn't anything special about it.

The artwork is beautiful. No, it's not "5 Centimeters per second" hand painted, but the artists know how to draw their stuff. My favorite parts are of course the action scenes. They are so well done, I cant get enough and go back watching the same scene over and over. The best part is: the style practically changes every time.

I would recommend this anime to anyone who like psychological/action/supernatural genres with a little romance in development (watch episode 5) I loved every one of these movies, especially Paradox spiral. It makes you think, and the flashback->now was so awesome. I'll admit. The show starts off like "what the hell, man?" But I encourage you to stick with it, you'll love it.

Has anyone seen the first episode of Chaos;head? It really hooks you right? Well, this show so far, is the most captivating anime I have seen since the old days of evangelion and cowboy bebop. The psychological aspect so far is amazing with the story pushing the character to its limits to where he starts to give in for the sake of being alive. There are so many ways that this story could develop, but so far it beats down many of the series that I have seen before. The OP and ED as well as the songs that come in during deep moments of the show are very very good and very well placed.

This show literally has me watching it over and over, because the artwork is so well done, and the characters have good personalities. The male lead role finally is a whiny bitch like most other anime, and the main girl isn't tsundere or annoying either. A great blend of personalities. What I like the most however is how the two blend together. How they develop together in such a short time, and you see it in the endings of both the first and second episode.

The genre, I would have to place it in psychological, assassins (not narutard)

I would HIGHLY recommend this as a must see to all those new to anime and those who are simply addicted to it. As far as the show is, It already has me hooked.

Best part of this anime- first episode: "I'll kill you."

overall its a must watch. Story is pretty straight forward and follows a long line. Some attempts at a twist but always seems to stay on track.

I always wondered what this was because of the title, well, its a high school romance. Most go as follows: guy meets girl, guy befriends girl, guy girl date, guy girl meet hardships, guy girl either maintain or terminate relationship. happy or sad ending depending on previous path.

However this one is filled with other conflicts, nice twists, and doesn't develop immediately which I like. This one has suspense, I am actually waiting for the final episodes to come out, watching the series over and over, and its good every time. This is a chill show with tense moments at times, but the comic relief is always there to pull you back down.

Another thing I liked was the music during the tense points. Maybe its only in the final episodes when I noticed it, but its really fitting and stirs up the emotions.

The artwork is very good as well.

Overall, this is an enjoyable chilled anime with very nice character development and hopefully a nice ending. I have been searching for one of those for some time now.

Honestly, I came across this one with lower standards. I had seen classics like Cowboy Bebop and Neon Genesis Evangelion, and every anime after seemed to be lacking in every way. This anime is all about character development. And its not just one story over 24 episodes, its got the whole sub plot aspect to it which in my book makes this anime great. The characters are very well drawn, and the story blew my mind. It's really really deep at times, but dont worry, comic relief and short breathers are always around the corner. I'd have to say, that the character development was very well done; that it had me at tears at points, and on the verge of anger at others. I went into this anime after a long string of romance /psychological shows, and this one has elements of both combined. The only thing that I can constructively criticize is the ending. Personally, I prefer the ambiguity to be nonexistant, I like clear endings, or implied endings. This one has a good end, but if it were me, I would have rather it developed further, or, in the scenes before, just stopped there. (watch and you'll see what i'm talking about)

I cant give all the plot and twists away, or else there's no sense in watching it =3 If you like mild psychological romance anime's, this one is for you. If you like slice of life, and moe/otaku animes, this is for you. If you enjoy anime that have great stories and have your emotions running wild, this is for you.

This anime relates to a lot of us watchers, and at times makes [me at least] laugh when I realize how much I am similar. Give this one a shot and you wont regret it.
