This is probably the most easily enjoyable and crazy anime in existence. The extremely fast pace and the combination of action, comedy, and drama combine to make this anime one of the most enjoyable animes out there.

The animation is perfect for the mood of this series. Serious at times, but then randomly busting out into graphic "manga" scenes where the screen flies through manga pages as the characters speak their lines; definately some of the most fun parts of the series. The fluid action scenes, especially with Haruka's fighting technique is very fun to watch.

The soundtrack is terrific, rock and roll songs prevail, perfect for the fast pace of this crazy anime. The ending song is especially good, and is probably the best anime ending in existence.

The story is fast-paced and crazy just like the anime itself, and introduces things that you may not understand after the first watch-through (which is ok, due to the length of the series- 6 episodes). The ending was especially pretty good.

The characters were awesome, and were the highlight of this series. Naota's stuggles with his brother's former girlfriend, who sees Naoto's as a replacement for his brother, and with Haruka, who constantly teases him and flirts with his father, are especially interesting being that Naota is pretty much the only "mature" person in the series. Haruka herself was a very interesting character, and by the end we get to know more about her motivations and see how hers' and Naota's relationship develops.

This anime is one-of-a-kind, and is a must see for any anime fan. The 6 episode run time should allow for anyone with a free night to watch the entire series, and it is well worth the watch. It is also an anime that is very rewatchable and is probably neccessary to rewatch in order to catch everything that is going on.

I really enjoyed this series and would rank it as one of the most fun animes ever made!

This is one of the most widely controversial anime's out there, always has been and most likely always will be.

The majority of people will not enjoy this anime, simply because it falls into the category of which I like to call a "mindf***" anime. As in, it'll mess with your mind.
But, actually that's what I liked so much about it. So, as if it's not already obvious, this is an anime that, simply put, some people will love, some people will hate.

The rewatch value of this anime is incredibly high, as I myself have seen this over 4 or 5 times now. There are little interesting things here and there, scattered & hidden throughout the series that you won't catch the first time, so it's really fun to watch it again and see (and understand) all these things you didn't see (or understand) before.

Basically, to keep this nice and short, since many people have already said what I would say, Evangelion (and the movie, "The End of Evangelion") is an anime that some people simply will not be able to take. You will not understand everything the first time around, but it's so good once you do. I'd say watch it at LEAST twice before flushing it down the pooper, that way you'll at least have had a chance of understanding it more.

Give it a chance, you may really enjoy it. I do.
Or, maybe you'll be like the others and really hate it and say it's too confusing or complex. At least you tried it on for size.

Now as for the encoding stuff, the quality of its picture and sound are way better than first now that its a dual format version. So i'm giving this to iker a score of 10/10 for doing a great job! Thanks!

Like most great animes out there, Yu Yu Hakusho starts off good, and gradually gets better and better. Well actually, most animes start off slow and then make their way to good. But this is different, as it starts off good. The first couple episodes concentrate on Yusuke's trial to regain his body back, then the episodes after that revolve around rather simple cases. They get bigger as they visit Maze Castle, participate in the Dark Tournament, and battle against human emo psyhics that want to destroy the world. Although the last saga wasn't great as i expected, but it turned good.

The animation maybe average, but it's rather impressive for an oudated anime. Anyway, I don't think animation gotta be the most important thing in this kind of anime. The fights are interesting, and some good moves are shown.

The BGM themes and Soundtracks are very nostalgic for me since i've watch this whole series back when i was a kid. The OP Japanese theme has this catchy tune and feeling that pretty much excites the viewer and leads to a jumping session until it ends.

The Characters are the strongest point in the show. They all turned out well-progressed and as each character played an important role towards the end of the series. Judging how much they've matured from the 1st season and final season in physically, mentally and psychologically.

I've watch the whole series more than 5 times coz this never gets old for me! This is the show that started me becoming an anime freak! So for starters, i highly recommend that you should see this!

The Encoding is excellent! vgpd never failed to amuse me! Thanks a lot dude!

Without a doubt one of the best anime series I've seen. The characters and their individual histories are well written and therefore keeps your interest focused to them during the whole series. The humor is off the hook, this is not your typical anime humor with those over exaggerated expressions. although i'm not into hiphop themes but there are some bgm's that are pretty catchy to listen and it does fit for the whole series. the fighting scenes were awesome and seemed almost realistic. Most of the episodes are enjoyable and i love to watch them all over again! Finally, for the encoding, the quality is extremely superb! thanks vgpd for encoding this!
