Let me get straight to the point....
BLOOD, GORE, SLASH N' HACK, CUT-THROAT, MEDIEVAL ASS-KICKING, MORE BLOOD.....& Ultimately & MOST importantly the EPIC STORY, EPIC CHARACTERS, EPIC BATTLES...that's how I would sum up Berserk.
I Like to place Berserk among my most favorite animes of the 90's like the Neon Genesis Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop etc.....'cuz it has earned its place among the Masterpieces.
The dark, gloomy medieval setting and the events that leads up to Gutts being a badass demonic super killer could not have been more fitting. The Bonds of friendship, love for comrades, ambitions, betrayal everything is weaved all together in this EPIC journey.
A GENUINE WARNING: This Anime is not for the weak of heart. If you believed animes to be cute & stuff like that, it's going to destroy that particular notion of yours & show you how a anime can achieve true greatness & become an EPIC. Tune in, only if you want to transcend into the unknown territories of the world of BERSERK & embrace real greatness..or else stay away from Berserk for good.
All I have to say after that is....
The producers seriously need to consider a 2nd season..
If I had one wish....I'd surely wish for this & if you are a hardcore fan...I hope u would too.

Well, lemme start off with something lik dis.........
no matter how much you praise Naoki Urasawa's Monster, you would still b far off 4rm embracing its master-level story, characters & everything else that all animes sud really b......i.e A True Masterpiece.
Trust me, its never enough!
Its the absolute work of a genius.
So i highly recommend this particular anime & i'll give you one good reason............
IT KICKS 10/10 MAJOR AS*!
P.S :This ROLLER COASTER OF A PSYCHOLOGICAL RIDE is not the one 2 b missed. See 4 urslf.

seeing digimons reminds me of those by gone days...the golden age, during which i guess cartoon shows were wayyyyy cooler than all the crap dats been brewing up on cartoon netwrk nwadays.......
so folks..........this piece of anime comes highly recommended 'cuz it wud really bring back wonderful memories of your childhood.
