Wait! Is this an anime?!!

While japanese anime have been know for their unique style, this anime disrespects it! The look and feel of this anime is not japanese, it WESTERN... A matter of fact, this is not anime! This is CARTOONS (the BOOM!, the POW!, the WHAM!)! The only japanese part of it is it audio!
Story:
At least most of the anime runs chronologically! It's too fast pace and all confusing! They only explained the details briefly! But they mostly cover up their inadequacy with adult comedy(It's not hentai though)...
Animation:
The very part of the anime that I DON'T LIKE! If this was english dub, you would certainly thought that this was made from america! TOO WESTERNIZED! Despite this, it did a fair job to make it look interesting...
Sound:
It sucked badly...But it was quite adequate for this anime!
Character:
Bizarre and wacky...They are VERY freaky! The only normal looking character in this anime is Pandy (the cops and citizens all look alike, so they're not qualified!).
Enjoyment:
Putting the rest (most of them) aside, it was good since I love comedy (I think they are called "Slapstick comedy")... The best part of the anime is the fight of pandy and ... Who that red-haired woman again?
Encode:
I feel sorry for the guy who encode this...Even so, it have some blemishes that made the video look like overcompressed jpeg images(Sorry...I'm a guy who's too concerned with small things)...
Conclusion:
This anime sucks big time for being cartoon-like! I have long turned away from western-style cartoons, so I don't apreciate what they done to this supposedly-a-japanese-anime... However, i still like slapstick comedy which this anime has a handful of it. So if you love comedy that much (and does not minded whatever form of comedy it is), feel free to watch this anime yourself...

To be honestly...this series is quite disappointing cause the story was finish in a rush...The fact that I have red half of the manga version of Ichigo 100% first make it even worse! they should have stick close to the manga and make a 24+ episodes of this! Better yet, make a reproduction of this! If you watch this, read the manga afterwards(for further understanding)...
