Fast-paced, high quality action
Story
About an assassin named Train Heartnet and his adventures as he defects away from an organisation named "Chronos". Above average story, will with great action sequences.
Animation
Smooth and Flawless transitions between Train's inner emotional turmoil and the action sequences I mentioned above.
Character
The characters in black cat made it a joy to watch, even though sometimes they were slightly cliched.
Enjoyment
Personally black cat is one of my favourites however it is not exactly what I can call a masterpiece.
Encoding
60 MB is small and quality is great, what else can I say? Great job.
Prequel for a Game
Made for the Nintendo DS game - now out in English, World Destruction follows the story set on another planet where Otherkin, or 'ferals' in the dub, rule over humans.
Story: The story is mostly like a collection of travels, Kyrie and Company have, however it is skillfully embedded with humour, quite a lot of it actually, but the only disappointment I had was with the ending. Which was really, abrupt!
Animation: Smooth and great in high definition, but not a masterpiece.
Sound: Again, like the animation, it was great however when you start playing the game with headphones, I'd have to go with the game.
Character: Characters were although cliche, very well developed and provided amusement most of time. Much better than the game where Morte is a bit extreme.
Enjoyment: Really fun anime, at times I actually laughed out loud (not too loudly), but it hooks you from the first episode. Loved it.
Encoding: Excellent Encoding as always, tosh.
Epic
The continuation of R1 that will keep you hooked, seriously.
Right off the bat, you'll never stop wondering how fast Zero must think, the audacity of his mind.
Anyway: Story: Great ending, plot twist and character development
Animation: Fanatastic especially in HD
Sound and Character: Great, mostly like R1 though
Enjoyment: Loved every moment of it!
Encoding: Excellent
Overall: Epic, Truely Epic
The underling of R2
Story: Relatively interesting, revolving around Lelouch, a Britannian Student, harmless right? (just wait till R2)
Animation: Great, but definately not perfect, (just wait till R2)
Sound: Great theme music, and suspence
Character: Awesome.
Enjoyment: Apart from the thrilling suspence at the end, the ending spoilt most of the tension. IMHO
Encoding: Dual audio, 1280x720 what more can you want?
WoW!
WOW, was my first reaction when I first saw FMA: Brotherhood
Strong Points: Animation and Characters, not to mention Encoding
The animation is top notch in FMA 2, even better in HD, but apart from the flawless transitions in battles there is also the softer and more sensitive side of the characters.
Theme music - great, got that stuck in my head for ages!
Characters are a bit over the top, but that's how characters should be right?
Enjoyment - Dark story, enough said, though comparatively to some other it is relatively mild.
Anyway overall I'd recommend it though you'll either love it, or love it not as much.
Familon, Familiar? Familiar, Familon?
Story is set on Planet Zi, and revolves around the adventure of Ruuji Familion from little known Miroodo Village. The story is not very complicated and most will enjoy Ruuji and co.'s exploits.
Animation is mediocre, with some interesting but repetative C.G.I sequences.
Sound is excellent and in sync!
Characters although also simple, are the basis of most Zoids series.
Enjoyment:
Personally I loved the series, especially the beginning which kept me hooked, however the main flaw I had with Zoids genesis was it's aftertaste, the ending seemed a bit rushed, however most kids will fall in love with this.
Encoding: Brilliant, as with all mT encodes.
P.S. This series sorta reminds my of Hunter X Hunter :)
