Hoshino Kazuma little brother "Ayumu" needs to recuperate from an illness, so they move from the city to a rural mountain village named Yamabiko. They plan to board at their father close friend inn, Yorozuyo, but get lost on their way. Wandering in the mountains, Kazuma stumbles across a girl named Nakatsugawa Ui. It's the first of many encounters in his new country life.
