The Confederation of Roxche and the United Kingdom of Bezel Iltoa have been at war for over a century and now settled on a cease fire. Wilhelm Schultz is for the most part, an ordinary student at a school in Roxche, enjoying his ordinary day, until his childhood friend Allison drops in....in an Airplane.
Their adventure begins when they offer a "senile old man" a ride home, ending with the man telling them a tale of a treasure which could put an end to the wretched war once and for all.
