Story:
The Storyline was so great so there will more season 2?
This anime that you can understand the story it's recommended for the Magical and Action.... so I scored to 9/10

Animation:
New Generation Animation (I mean the future city is going to rise) plus the 3DCG was really cool, environment, weather, effect.. so I scored to 9/10

Sound:
The only problem is the Voice Sync, Effects that are late some action but the OP and ED was so cool.... they needs to fix it... so I scored to 8/10

Character:
Well its between manga look-a-like but the new twist of Characters are more nice, and yet the funny personalities and more on some action and suspense that anime fans of the Toaru Majutsu no Index... 9/10

Enjoyment:
Every episodes are more enjoy some are but not all episodes was on more enjoyment.... 9/10

Encode:
As well the Encoding of the Anime was cool eventually the size was so small but the Quality was inside.... congratulations for Taurgis... 10/10 for some nice size

This anime is set up in a fantasy environment. It is a very distinguish anime means I haven't seen an other anime like it.

Story:
The story goes like this there is a boy named Kamijou Touma who is a student in the Academy City (City where students with special abilities get there education from about there powers) he is the lowest ranked student in the academy city. And he also has very bad luck as well. On the 1st day as his vacation starts as he wakes ups in his apartment he finds a girl in his apartment balcony who was being chased by 2 people. This girls name is Index and is a walking magic library means she has memorized a lot magic books that's why the people were after her.
Actually there are two types of people in the world in which this anime is set up one are those who possess special kind of abilities know as espers they can't use magic and others are those who possess no abilities but can use magic know as magicians they live separately.
The story is very nicely set up each character is explained beautifully in it and every one has a story in it. So 10/10 for it.

Animation:
The animation are great just awesome environment and everything was just mind blowing could not find any flaws in that. The environment in which it is set up are of tall building and beautiful magic animation. So 10/10

Sound:
The sound was great no problem in understanding the words or in distinguishing the voice of one character from the other. The music was nice and all. I have given it 8 because I didn't like the second opening and ending music so therefor otherwise it would have been 10 all the way.

Character:
The characters are really nicely put in this anime just loved each of them. They are not irritating and most of them are girls so are beautiful as well. Each of them have there own personality few of them are fun loving n then few are sad and there also some shy one as well. So all in all the characters are just great so 9/10

Enjoyment:
Its a really addictive anime after few episode it really makes you wonder what will happen next. It was not so addictive in the first few episode but after episode 7 I watched the whole anime like in a day. Because with every passing episode new character came in and they had this special ability which kinda made me see what was that.

Encode:
Well the encode was just awesome taurgis did a marvelous job. One of the best encodes I had seen really good picture quality and sound quality. so 10/10

At first glance,this is just your ordinary action anime but when you have watched it past episode 2,you'll get attached to it.
The story is simple actually,our hero,kamijyo touma live in a fantasy world where esper is normal.
and as usual,he is the weakest esper there,at level 0.but his power isn't something to be laugh at.
every other powers that come in contact with his right hand will be negated.then she meet with index and that's where the story evolving.
story:8.5/10(round it to 9 :p)
animation and sound:it's nice and fitting IMO,not great but not that bad.
oh,there's some blood here.just a warning.
the character:the main hero is like any other action anime,kind hearted,a "will do evertyhing for friends" type.the development of the character is good here.well thought,and although he's pretty much powerless,he use his brain.

enjoyment:well if you like fantasy action anime,I think you'll enjoy this a lot.
