Its one of those anime which you can't afford to miss and you just wish that it just keeps on going and going and never ends (like One Piece, Bleach, Naruto). I will not be exaggerating if I said that equal terms with the big shots even better.

Now coming to the story, the story is unique and one of a kind it has a lot to offer and will keep you at the peek of the entertainment and enjoyment. Its start is a bit slow and weird I would say a bit too direct, but after that its one hell of a ride. The story is of a boy "Gon Freecces" who sets of to be a hunter to search for his Dad "Ging" who he have not seen and no one knows his whereabouts. Ging is a Hunter (Hunters are men with certain unique Powers and authorities) and he is one of the Elite and so Gon also decides to become a Hunter.
In order to become one he has to pass an exam and every year 3-4 applicants pass the exams (its a very tough exam). During his exam and his journey he becomes friends with new people and go through a lot of adventure.
Character development takes place (which is its ace , its just way too good) and they meet a lot of strong guys. Beautiful fights one after anther.

Sounds good and the encodes as well. Don't have much to say about that.

Now coming to the enjoyment, I would say that every minute was a delight its so addictive and so interesting that you wont be able to stop once you begin watching it. Its one of ma favorite and I must say that its a must watch.

To begin with, there's a charismatic young boy named Gon lives with his aunt on an island, thinks his father is dead until he meets a hunter who tells his father is not only alive but he is one of the greatest hunter in the world. Thus begins the journey of Gon with a goal of becoming a hunter himself and find his father.

The remarkable aspect of HxH lies in its enjoyable characters itself. Through his adventure Gon makes several companions Kilua , Leorio, Kurapica. The Battle's in HxH are truly creative.

On top of good story line, it has awesome music to boot. To put it simply HunterXHunter is a masterpiece.

one of the best anime ever!!! cool storyline, cool characters, cool battles, and totally funny. a world where monsters, mayhem and heroes collide, a world where you could choose who you want to be. friendship beyond borders, from being with a traveller in search for answers, a kid growing up in a family of assasins, a lonely tribe survivor living for revenge and another who lives for life. these four dudes, becoming friends in the midst of a battle for something that they all need to fulfill their dreams. they continue on, forward to uncertainty to find answers and find themselves in the process, meeting a lot of friends and foes that would change their direction but lead them to the same path. a lot of twists and turns that make this anime never boring. soon as the story nears it's end they meet a gang that made all their lives what it is now, a gang that filled them with questions and changed them to become hunters, people who are like bounty hunters. each devloping a unique ability that would help them with their missions and their continuous battles to stay alive and finish what they set out to do. all of these trials making them the best of friends trying to accomplish what they set out to do by doing one thing, and that is to defeat the spiders, the gang who destroyed mostly everyone's lives just to fulfill their greedy intentions. i highly recommend this anime because of every single aspect of it, it is one of the greatest anime i've ever watched, and would want to watch over and over again.
