    Synopsis:

    During an excavation at the mysterious ruins in Clow Country, Syaoran discovers his childhood friend Princess Sakura appear on the site with wings that disperse into many feathers. As the feather’s disappear to different dimensions, so does Sakura’s memory. In attempts to save Sakura’s life and restore her memory, Syaoran travels through to another world to find a solution. There’s only one thing left he can do. Travel through to different dimensions to collect Sakura’s feathers. Helping out with the quest is Kurogane, an exiled ninja from Japan Country who wishes to return to his world, the runaway magician, Fay, who desires to jump between each world never to return to his own and the white meat-bun shaped creature, Mokona.

    OK i will try to forget that steveyk is my very good/old friend.... and will try my best to consider him as a normal person....

    Story... - EXCELLENT.... i mean the first season is what truly captures the magic... of the manga... and i have to say the few filler eps were also very good...
    the reason i am giving it 10/10 is cause this is only first season.... second season gets a 3/10 cause it was HORRIBLE.... and i mean HORRIBLE.... second season ruined the anime... but the first season was perfect...

    Animation... to be honest fell in love with it when i saw it for the first time in 2005-06 and i was simply admiring the beauti of which it was made....
    its still one of the best animations out there...

    Sound... i was a big fan of the sub... and when funi announced this dub cast i was like... YES YES YES.... only doubt was monica riel as sakura.... and she does manage to do the job... but i expected was .... far far far less than wht i recied.... i remeber asking my cousin to buy Vol 1... and when i first saw the 4 eps... and the performance by J. Librech i was trully pushed away... he was PERFECT... and i mean PERFECT....
    the english dub made the jap performances look bad.... and i am not kidding this is one of the BEST dubs out there..... One of funis top 6 Dubs...

    Character.... syaoran.... no i dont love him... but cant help but falling in love with him... and fai.. and kuropoo.... but most of all I LOVE MOKONA

    Enjoyment... u like clamp u will love this... but remeber this is an incomplete series.... so u cant find an ending to it.... yet.... but there always the manga ^^

    Encode.... steveyk did it.... its 10/10... no issues at all

    The series chronicles the travels of Syaoran (main protagonist), along with the princess of his country Sakura who is also his childhood best friend and two other people from two different dimensions, Fai Flourite and Kurogane, in his search to collect the scattered fragments of the princesses' memories. The story has evovled very nicley throughout the series developing the soul of each character in depth as the episodes proceed. Excellent background music score by Kajiura Yuki intertwining readily with the mood of each episode. A calm narration of events avoiding too melodramatic actions is a welcoming change. The concept of travel through dimensions in itself is rich enough to interest any audience.

    In short an excellent piece of work by CLAMP. A must watch.
